It was pretty fun to do! I decided to try a monochrome work for this one and I can say I'm happy with the results.
All of these are original characters, from left to right, top to bottom they go as follow:

Lawful Good: Meteorstar
-"As heroes, our first duty is to help people"
Meteorstar is a robot turned superhero, he's become very human due to his interaction with the team, but still believes in rules and protocols when it comes to do his duty.

Neutral Good: Jeremy
-"Your powers don't define you, it's the way you use them"
Jeremy became a hero out of a desire to help people and he never backs off from that goal. Despite his dark powers, he's a good kid, but in need he won't hesitate to use some unusual actions to fulfill his duty. If he breaks a rule it's because he thinks that helping someone in need is much more important than words in a piece of paper.

Chaotic Good: Ahuizotl
-"With this holy power I shall heal the innocent... and destroy those in my way"
Before he was raised as a zombie, he healed people with his powers... he still does! But undeath is bound to make you look at life another way. He's cynical, snarky, believes concequences can be damned... but deep down it's obvious his rotting heart is made of gold.

Lawful Neutral: Meph
-"Now kids, if you follow the rules you can play all along nicely"
A wrestler/detective who lives at a foster home. Helping care for all those kids means one has to be the voice of reason and enforcer of rules. Don't be fooled by his looks, though, he's the kind of person who will tell kids to grab unto his arms to twirl them around.

True Neutral: Killspree
-"I like bubble gum"
This guy's damaged mind doesn't understand many things... including morals. He does what he finds fun, and he believes the two most fun things are fighting others and helping people. That's why being a hero is appealing to him, he can fight AND help people at the same time!

Chaotic Neutral: Babylon the Eternal
-"Being an adult doesn't make you wise, it makes you OLD!"
He found a way to make sure he doesn't have to grow up, believing adults are scum that doesn't deserve the power they have. Still a kid even though he is in his late twenties, Babylon uses his psionic powers to help other kids, but he cares little about how much destruction he causes or how many people he hurts to do so, after all, laws are only a tool adults use to opress children.

Lawful Evil: Tzackgick
-"Raise your hands and sing me praises. By doing so, you shall not perish in my wrath"
An ancient deity of hate, Tzackgick's worshippers try to summon him into the world so he will get rid of all those who refuse to follow his teachings. To him, all creatures only exist to praise him and those who don't, deserve to be destroyed.

Neutral Evil: Il Corvo
-"Among these bottles I will find the key to remove those heroes out of my way!"
A chemistry teacher in the public eye, Il Corvo loves all the formulas and potions one can make, because he can easily use them to move forward all his selfish goals. Sure, superheroes are always in the way, but a good villain never gives up...

Chaotic Evil: Adult Jeremy
-"Why am I doing this to you? Because you are still breathing"
Jeremy is cursed to never age, because he knows the dark power inside him would take him over if he did. Adult Jeremy is an extremely powerful creature of destruction who only seeks to cover the world in his dark power and who finds nothing more amusing than watching those pathetic creatures struggling to survive.
